Think they are boring? Think again! They can drive markets into a frenzy, causing billions of dollars to be made or lost in an instant. Bernie Baumohl brilliantly, clearly, and, yes, entertainingly describes what every investor and business manager should know about economic indicators: which ones move markets, how to interpret them, and how to use them to spot and capitalize on future economic trends.

The Secrets of Economic Indicators is an extraordinary and insightful work—an enormously important contribution to the body of financial literature. Read it and then keep it on your desk. Consult it the next time you are deluged with a flurry of economic statistics. There was good reason to fear the worst: the stock market crash of October 1987, his first major crisis as Federal Reserve Chairman, coming just weeks after he assumed control, had come much closer than is even today generally known to freezing the financial system and triggering a genuine financial panic. But the most remarkable thing that happened to the economy after 9/11 was...nothing. What in an earlier day would have meant a crippling shock to the system was absorbed astonishingly quickly.

After 9/11 Alan Greenspan knew, if he needed any further reinforcement, that we're living in a new world - the world of a global capitalist economy that is vastly more flexible, resilient, open, self-directing, and fast-changing than it was even 20 years ago. It's a world that presents us with enormous new possibilities but also enormous new challenges. The Age of Turbulence is Alan Greenspan's incomparable reckoning with the nature of this new world - how we got here, what we're living through, and what lies over the horizon, for good and for ill-channeled through his own experiences working in the command room of the global economy for longer and with greater effect than any other single living figure. He begins his account on that September 11th morning, but then leaps back to his childhood, and follows the arc of his remarkable life's journey through to his more than 18-year tenure as Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board, from 1987 to 2006, during a time of transforming change.

Alan Greenspan shares the story of his life first simply with an eye toward doing justice to the extraordinary amount of history he has experienced and shaped. But his other goal is to draw readers along the same learning curve he followed, so they accrue a grasp of his own understanding of the underlying dynamics that drive world events. In the second half of the book, having brought us to the present and armed us with the conceptual tools to follow him forward, Dr. Greenspan embarks on a magnificent tour de horizon of the global economy. He reveals the universals of economic growth, delves into the specific facts on the ground in each of the major countries and regions of the world, and explains what the trend-lines of globalization are from here. The distillation of a life's worth of wisdom and insight into an elegant expression of a coherent worldview, The Age of Turbulence will stand as Alan Greenspan's personal and intellectual legacy.

DownLoad/Preview

THE FOREX CHARTIST COMPANION

THE FOREX CHARTIST COMPANION

The foreign exchange (Forex) market has quickly become the market of choice for traders looking to increase their profit potential. The man who revolutionized technical analysis by introducing Japanese candlestick charting techniques to Western traders is back—this time with a quartet of powerful Japanese techniques never before published or used in the West. Stunningly effective on their own, these new techniques pack an even greater wallop when teamed up with traditional trading, investing, or hedging strategies, and Steve Nison shows you how to do it. Beyond Candlesticks provides step-by-step instructions, detailed charts and graphs, and clear-cut guidance on tracking and analyzing results—everything you need to pick up these sharp new tools and take your place at the cutting edge of technical analysis. Critical praise for Steve Nison's first book … "… destined to become the classic reference on the subject." —Charles Lebeau and David Lucas Technical Trader's Bulletin "I believe Steve Nison's new candlestick book is destined to become one of the truly great books for this time period.… Whether you trade futures, commodities, or equities, day trade or hold positions overnight, this book is a must." —Lee Siegfried Investor's Library, Data Broadcasting Corp. "It is hard to be too effusive about the quality of NiSon's work … this is clearly one of the best investment books ever written in terms of covering a subject with pedagogical ability and writing skill. Chande

"Nothing is easier than developing a trading system by the usual process of trial and terror..."

Unique book/disk package helps traders develop and forward-test a high-performance trading system.

In trading, a winning system is everything. Without a systematized methodology on which to base their actions, traders quickly succumb to market fear and confusion and watch helplessly as precious profits vanish. And while it is theoretically possible to buy a canned trading system, most experts agree that the best system is proprietary to each trader—developed, implemented, and tested by the individual to suit his or her exact requirements.

In this book/software package, acclaimed technical trading system developer Tushar Chande shows traders how to develop a winning trading system, and how to test its future performance through computer simulation. The result? Users can paper trade their personal trading system before using it in the real world, accurately estimating how well they can cope with the day-to-day pressures of implementing the system when their capital is at risk and emotions are involved. Disk 1 provides a program enabling users to write a trade plan, create orders, rate their confidence for specific trades, and run P & L statements. Disk 2 is a demo disk for $ecure Trade Management Software.

A step-by-step guide to creating trading systems for individual trading beliefs and profit objectives. Written to accommodate both the beginner and the expert, with an overview of strategies, testing techniques and technical analysis, plus an introduction to the author's Chande Comfort Zone method.

Click to DownLoad/Preview

Trader Vic — Methods of a Wall Street Master

Book Description:

Trader Vic — Methods of a Wall Street Master Investment strategies from the man Barron's calls "The Ultimate Wall Street Pro" "Victor Sperandeo is gifted with one of the finest minds I know. Bulkowski
ISBN: 0471295256
Publisher: Wiley - 2000-01-21
Hardcover | 688 Pages | List Price: $85.00 (USD).

Technical chart analysis has never been easy. It has, however, been historically successful-and well worth the added effort-for dedicated investors who want to presage what a stock will do next and regularly beat the markets.

Encyclopedia of Chart Patterns represents the next step in technical analysis. This definitive text details over 50 chart patterns that signal whether a stock is in bullish, bearish, or neutral mode. It identifies each chart pattern, explains how and why each chart was formed, and where it will go next. You simply filter the information through your own trading style and strategy, watch for the optimal entry and exit points, and trade the markets with skill and confidence.

The step-by-step chapters in Encyclopedia of Chart Patterns reveal for each pattern:

Results Snapshot - At-a-glance data on chart appearance, average rise or decline, failure rate, and price prediction accuracy

Tour - Broad introduction to the pattern

Identification Guidelines - Characteristics to look for and why

Focus on Failures - What failed patterns look like, why they failed, and what to do

Statistics - The numbers, and what they tell you

Trading Tactics - Implementation strategies for maximizing profit while minimizing risk

Sample Trade - The chart pattern in action, with hypothetical trades using real data

With the proper knowledge and understanding, chart pattern analysis can be one of today's easiest to use "investing tools". Encyclopedia of Chart Patterns presents the technical analysis tools, then reveals the secrets-such as average failure rates, most likely gain or loss, volume trends, and surprise findings-as you use the tools to build a portfolio of wealth. The result is today's most valuable technical analysis reference, one that will save you critical time in identifying chart patterns and increase your likelihood of buying near the price bottom and selling near the top.

"In this revised and expanded second edition of the bestselling Encyclopedia of Chart Patterns, Thomas Bulkowski updates the classic with new performance statistics for both bull and bear markets and 23 new patterns, including a second section devoted to ten event patterns. Bulkowski tells you how to trade the significant events -- such as quarterly earnings announcements, retail sales, stock upgrades and downgrades -- that shape today¿s trading and uses statistics to back up his approach. This comprehensive new edition is a must-have reference if you're a technical investor or trader. Place your order today.

""The most complete reference to chart patterns available. It goes where no one has gone before. Bulkowski gives hard data on how good and bad the patterns are. A must-read for anyone that's ever looked at a chart and wondered what was happening.""
-- Larry Williams, trader and author of Long-Term Secrets to Short-Term Trading"

Click to Preview/Download

Rocket Science for Traders: Digital Signal Processing Applications 2001-07

Predict the future more accurately in today's difficult trading times The Holy Grail of trading is knowing what the markets will do next. Technical analysis is the art of predicting the market based on tested systems.

Some systems work well when markets are "trending," and some work well when they are "cycling," going neither up nor down, but sideways. In Trading with Signal Analysis, noted technical analyst John Ehlers applies his engineering expertise to develop techniques that predict the future more accurately in these times that are otherwise so difficult to trade.

Since cycles and trends exist in every time horizon, these methods are useful even in the strongest bull--or bear--market. John F. Ehlers (Goleta, CA) speaks internationally on the subject of cycles in the market and has expanded the scope of his contributions to technical analysis through the application of scientific digital signal processing techniques.

CLICK TO DOWNLOAD/PREVIEW

Vista Transformation Pack 7.0

Vista Transformation Pack 7.0

Vista Transformation Pack will give to your Windows XP system the new and cool look of Microsoft's future operating system: Windows Vista. It is free and does a great job of giving machine a look similar to Vista.

It does have uninstallation options in case you decide you want to get rid of it, so there really isn’t anything to lose. However, when you install the software it has to overwrite some system files (it modifies things like the boot screen) so Windows will prompt you stating that your system files have been changed. It will ask whether you want to change them back or leave them, so just leave them if you want the system to function properly

Download Link:

http://www.savefile.com/files/840879

mirror:
http://www.sendspace.com/file/vbacdu

mirror2:
http://www.winfuture.de/downloadvorschalt,1464.html

mirror3:
http://urlkick.com/275d

Mastering Elliot Wave: Presenting the Neely Method: The First Scientific, Objective Approach to Market Forecasting with the Elliott Wave Theory

Summary:

The definitve guide to interpreting Elliott Waves. Robert Greene once again identifies the rules of a timeless, amoral game and explores how to cast a spell, break down resistance, and, ultimately, compel a target to surrender. Presenting the timeless profiles of each type of seducer and the twenty-four maneuvers that will guide you step by step in the game of seduction, The Art of Seduction is an indispensable primer of persuasion that reveals the timeless power of this age-old art.

The Art Of Seduction is a trip through history, crossing shores and lands, spanning time. You will encounter the legendary seducers from Casonova to Marilyn Monroe , study the guile of the aristrocracy, live the scandals that rocked the nobility , watch Emperors collapse to passion, observe the brat behind the coy and learn from the helplessness of contemporary society stalwarts. And all along learn the tricks and the fallacies of the game.

The book is divided into two portions - the Seducers and the Seduction. The first covers the various identies of the Seducer. The second deals with the actual game. Greene's opens each chapter with anecdotes and tales of passion and powerplay. Each leads to observations, parables are added to buttress the claim and concludes with a sound law.

Greene writes deceptively plain but with flair - in the style of a classical Shakesperean play, each paragraph playing its role. The atmosphere is immersive, you can almost hear the striking Violins punctuating each paragraph in the back of your mind. While the meat are the methods and you can plough through the book just for them, the captivating rich gravy are the timeless anecdotes of seduction and flirting throughout.

CLICK TO PREVIEW/DOWNLOAD

DeMark On Day Trading Options

Book Description

Technical Analysis of Stocks & Commodities Magazine : "This book is the option day trading blueprint you've been waiting for."

The option day trading blueprint you've been waiting for!
Options day trading is no walk in the park. This is the true story of how Schwartz became the best of the best, of the people and places he discovered along the way and of the trader's tricks and techniques he used to make his millions.

Buzzy Schwartz must be considered one of the greatest traders of our time and this book is more of an autobiography than a trading manual. He never divulges his trading methodology nor how he turned from being a mediocre break even trader to the star he became.

He references various indicators he uses but with no explanations and curiously credits Terry Laundry's T theory for his turnaround because " it went back to who I was as a person ". The T Theory is then left to you to figure out.

The best thing I can say about his methodology is that it is uniquely his. All of us need to find what best fits our trading style and apply it...there is no one size fits all in trading.

Towards the end of the book it becomes very clear that Buzzy has become weary of the toll that trading has taken on his life ( he wound up in the hospital and almost died) yet still can't seem to get the trading bug out of his system ( he places a trade while in the doctors office). All in all one of my favorite books, not for its trading methods but for its entertainment value.

CLICK TO PREVIEW/DOWNLOAD

Predict Market Swings With Technical Analysis

Book Description:
A fresh perspective on predicting the market.
The experience of Wall Street investment manager and analyst Michael McDonald offers a new perspective on how to navigate the turbulent ups and downs of the markets. His innovative approach to the stock market teaches investors how to use new investment strategies intended to replace the "buy and hold forever" strategies of yesterday.

McDonald discusses what a "trading range" market is-a roller-coaster ride in which the market will neither gain nor lose much ground-and guides readers through this market with his proven investment strategies. This book provides an understandable way to make sense of the unpredictable stock market, taking into account more complex theories, including chaos and contrarian approaches.

Along with his expert advice, McDonald presents four investing paradoxes that will help investors make smarter decisions now and predict where the market is heading, using his proven theories.

Click to Preview/Download

Jim Cramer's Real Money: Sane Investing in an Insane World

BOOK DESCRIPTIONS

How do we find hot stocks without getting burned? How do we fatten our portfolios and stay financially healthy? Former hedge-fund manager and longtime Wall Street commentator Jim Cramer explains how to invest wisely in chaotic times, and he does so in plain English in a style that is as much fun as investing is -- or should be, when it's done right.

For starters, Cramer recommends devoting a portion of your assets to speculation. Everyone wants to find the big winners that can bring outsized gains, and Cramer explains how to allocate your portfolio so that you can afford to take this kind of risk wisely. He explains why "buy and hold" is a losing philosophy: For Cramer, it's "buy and homework." If you can't spend an hour a week researching each of your stocks, then you should hand off your portfolio to a mutual fund -- and Cramer identifies the very few mutual funds that he'd recommend.

Cramer reveals his Ten Commandments of Trading (Commandment #5: Tips are for waiters). He explains why he's not afraid to compare investing to gambling (and tells you which book on gambling you should read to become a better investor). He discloses his Twenty-Five Rules of Investing (Rule #4: Look for broken stocks, not broken companies).

Cramer shows how to compare stock prices in a way that you can understand, how to spot market tops and bottoms, how to know when to sell, how to rotate among cyclical stocks to catch the big moves, and much more. Jim Cramer's Real Money is filled with insider advice that really works, information that Cramer himself used to make millions during his fourteen-year career on Wall Street.

Written in Cramer's distinctive turbocharged style, this is every investor's guide to what you really must know to make big money in the stock market.

CLICK TO PREVIEW/DOWNLOAD

Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets

Summary:

This outstanding reference has already taught thousands of traders the concepts of technical analysis and their application in the futures and stock markets. A very bright guy and a nationally quoted teacher of day trading techniques, he has put his thoughts together in this engaging, informative how to do it manual.

For those who think that riches will descend from the heavens or, more accurately, from NASDAQ level II screens, Swift Trader is a healthy dose of reality. Fear, with reason, is part of the exercise. Mr. Kim discusses clandestine activity by some traders and days when markets go mad. As well, he covers the usual subjects of how to read screens, which networks to use and so on, but then he adds advice that one tends not to see in other guides.

"Avoid getting in or out of the market too often... Losses - not profits - make the trader studious... Beware of trying to pick tops or bottoms." And so on. Some of this is fortune cookie philosophy, some of this advice is worth its weight in gold. For the investor who is thinking of getting into day trading, this is as gentle, as intelligent a guide as there is on the market. Swift Trader doesn't try to turn readers into financial gunslingers; rather, it offers careful cultivation of the trading mind. For a Canadian who wants to play volatility, one cannot recommend a better guide.

CLICK TO PREVIEW/DOWNLOAD

Confessions of a Street Addict

Book Description:

Everyone on Wall Street knows Jim Cramer, and Cramer knows Wall Street better than anyone. In the most candid and outrageous look at Wall Street since Liar's Poker, Cramer, co-founder of TheStreet.com, radio and television commentator, and for years a premier money manager, takes readers on the wild ride that is Wall Street -- revealing how the game is played, who breaks the rules, and who gets hurt.

Confessions of a Street Addict takes us from Cramer's roots in the middle-class Philadelphia suburbs to Harvard, where he began managing money, and then to Goldman Sachs, where he went into business with his wife -- Karen, the "Trading Goddess" -- as his partner. He brilliantly describes the life of a money manager: the frenetic pace, the constant pressure to outperform the market and other fund managers, and the sharklike attacks fund managers make as they circle a fund perceived to be in trouble.

Throughout the book Cramer is characteristically outspoken, offering his hard-won insights about the market and everyone in it, himself included. There has never been a more eloquent market insider than Cramer, nor a more high-octane book about Wall Street.

CLICK TO PREVIEW/DOWNLOAD

The Complete Idiot's Guide to Amazing Sex

The Complete Idiot's Guide to Amazing Sex
ISBN: 0028629027
Author: Sari Locker

Summary:

Sexy is as sexy does, according to Sari Locker (called "our favorite tantalizing sex writer" by Playboy magazine). But how to feel sexy if you're a virgin, or if you've experienced sexual problems, or have serious body image hang-ups? The Complete Idiot's Guide to Amazing Sex succeeds in not only teaching technique (as well as a book can), but also offers serious advice for boosting your self-esteem. As with other Complete Idiot guides, you'll probably want to turn this one backwards in your bookcase, or at least get a book cover for it. But get past the silly title and you'll find a plethora of facts, tips, and tricks on topics including sexual response, masturbation, foreplay, afterplay, oral sex, fantasy, sex toys, sexual preference, cross-dressing, and "The Big Om": tantric sex.

The margin notes liberally decorating the book are worth a hearty chuckle. The "Sextistics" are particularly fun and eye-opening. Some examples: only 9 percent of people surveyed believe sex appeal is innate; the rest feel it can be acquired!; about 7 percent of women have never climaxed; the majority of male crossdressers are married with children; and, according to the Hite Report, nearly 60 percent of men ages 61 to 75 said their desire for sex remained steady or increased with age, Viagra or no.

Locker, a sex educator and WCBS-TV relationship correspondent, has been a sex educator for more than a decade. That said, she should have placed the facts on contraceptives and sexually transmitted diseases earlier in the book, before the hot and heavy photographs of sexual positions. That gripe aside, Amazing Sex is worth investigating by both sexual neophytes and experienced couples looking to maintain a state of hot monogamy.

CLICK TO DOWNLOAD/PREVIEW

Trading On Momentum

Summary:

On today's Nasdaq, volatility and 100 point intraday swings are the norm. The bull market of the 1990's came to a close, ushering in the end of the dot com boom, a record number of mergers occurred, and accounting scandals in companies like Enron and WorldCom shook the financial industry to its core. In this wide-ranging volume, financial historian Charles Geisst provides the first history of Wall Street, explaining how a small, concentrated pocket of lower Manhattan came to have such enormous influence in national and world affairs. In this updated edition, Geisst sums up the recent turbulence that has threatened America's financial industry. He shows how in 1997 thirty NASDAQ market makers paid a record $1.3 billion fine for price irregularities in stocks. He makes sense of the closing of the bull market, and explains a major change in the accounting rules for mergers that caused monumental losses for companies like AOL Time Warner. And he recounts how in the aftermath of the speculative fever that swept Wall Street in the 1990's, the scandals at Enron, Tyco, Worldcom, and Conseco represent a last gasp of mergermania and a fallout from a bubble-like market. Wall Street is at once the story of the street itself, from the days when the wall was merely a defensive barricade built by Peter Stuyvesant, to the modern billion-dollar computer-driven colossus of today. In a broader sense it is an engaging economic history of the United States, the role Wall Street played in making America the most powerful economy in the world, and the many challenges to that role it has faced in recent years.

CLICK TO PREVIEW/DOWNLOAD

Long-Term Secrets To Short-Term Trading

Review

"Larry is the only person I know who can mix systems and rules with confessions of his soul. In five years? If so, what is the risk involved?

These are the kinds of questions to which this work is addressed. Such fantastic results are possible in the stock market. Individual issues fluctuate widely enough and often enough to permit this and more. Techniques are presented here that put an average yield on invested capital of 10% per month, well within the realm of possibility. Compounding profits at this rate, such a yield can return $1,000,000 on a $10,000 investment within 50 months.

An actual trading experiment will be described using these principles which produced an 8.9% yield per transaction--every 9.7 days. Such a yield, if continued, compounds $10,000 to $1,000,000 in 15 months. If such results can be attained in the market -- why isn't everyone doing it?

The answer is complex, but the elements are simple: effort, knowledge and psychological barriers. Any goal this worthwhile requires time and effort. Most investors, amateur and professional do not have the kind of analytical background needed to shear through rumor, opinion, and adage to get at the basis of why stock prices change. And finally, even with knowledge in hand, many investors lack training in the emotion-logic balance required for success.

Nevertheless, all of these obstacles can be overcome. It is the purpose of this book to provide you with the essentials. The results are yours if you care to apply yourself with sufficient intensity. Investment operations will be presented here in a deliberately unorthodox manner. We will turn our backs firmly on all cliches, adages, and market lore that will not withstand critical scrutiny. Where necessary, we will not hesitate to form new ones that do fit the facts.

You will find here that the big money in investing stems from the principle of "profit compounding:---of short-term trades. It is further shown that this potential cannot be exploited in an optimum manner without a large improvement in transaction-timing capability that cannot be achieved using tradional investment methods.

You will be exposed to: a concept of profit maximization; a model of stock price motion with prediction implications; an explanation of why chart patterns form---and how to use this knowledge to your profit; step-by-step methods for using the price-motion model to generate definite "wait," "buy," "hold," "sell," "sell short," "cover short," and "protect profit" signals; an explanation of why moving averages work and how to design your own for use in transaction timing; a complete trading method: how to select issues, how to analyze them for action signals, and how to improve your chances of turning and keeping a profit; the extent to which you should be concerned by chance factors, whether or not you should sell in case of war or financial crisis; the reasons why psychological considerations can affect your profits and what you can do about it; an introduction to numerical analysis and spectral analysis, upon which the results on the book are based.

The problems of trading techniques and methods are dealt with directly. Enough methods and references are included to permit further research if desired.

CLICK TO PREVIEW/DONWLOAD

A SHORT COURSE IN TECHNICAL TRADING

Book Description

by Perry J. Kaufman (Author)

"This course is about how to trade, not how to hold a position..."

Learn to trade using technical analysis, market indicators, simple portfolio analysis, generally successful trading techniques, and common sense with this straightforward, accessible book. Essentially a course in making money, A Short Course in Technical Trading teaches proven long- and short-term trading techniques (with an emphasis on short-term), covering basic indicators and how you can best use them to your advantage.

The book includes a trading game so you can trade along with the lessons, posing likely problems that you'll encounter once trading begins. As trading becomes more complicated, so do the problems..

You'll get a running start as a trader with usage tips on the most popular trading tools. A Short Course in Technical Trading is unlike any other book on the market and is available at a convenient low price.

Text provides an introduction to technical trading; based on a graduate course taught by the author at Baruch College in the Spring of 2002. Topics include charting the trend, breakout trends, calculating the trend, the trading game, and controlling the risk of a trade. For graduate students. Includes chapter questions, and review questions and answers.

CLICK TO PREVIEW/DOWNLOAD

The Compleat Day Trader II

The Compleat Day Trader II builds on the ideas presented in Bernstein's first day-trading book, The Compleat Day Trader. This time around, Bernstein focuses on more advanced trading systems and places particular emphasis on the importance of self-discipline in day trading, and he zeros in on the best futures markets to trade, including the S&P 500, Treasury bonds, and European currencies. He peppers the book with cautions about the difficulties of day trading, saying, for example:

The bad news is that it's getting harder and harder to win as the markets become more competitive and as insiders grab onto opportunities before the general public has had a chance to do so. Fortunately, the basic rules of profitable futures trading still apply. Therefore, if you follow the rules, you will improve your odds of success, even though they may be less than they would have been 15 years ago.

The lure of making a living--if not a fortune--on the daily ups and downs of the stock and commodity markets has drawn thousands into this high-stakes game. Just how many profitable day traders there are is impossible to gauge, but judging from message boards and articles in the financial press, it's a safe bet that lots of people lose lots of money. Reading both The Compleat Day Trader and The Compleat Day Trader II should you bring you to the conclusion that while profitable day trading is possible, it requires more than just a passing interest. Proceed with caution.

CLICK TO PREVIEW

Day Trading With Short Term Price Patterns and Opening Range Breakout

Toby Crabel has written a great book. The patterns he discusses are great for swing trading and day trading. You will learn about narrow range days, inside days, bull hooks, bear hooks and so on. These patterns can easily be translated into most commercial trading software. This is one of the few books I like. Even if you decide not to trade these patterns they can still be helpful in predicting market behavior. Please do not think that Mr.Crabel discusses double tops and double bottoms, head and shoulders and all that other garbage. However, you will find very unique ideas that you probably never considered. I find it very interesting that the least reviewed trading books on this website are often the best ones.

CLICK TO PREVIEW/DOWNLOAD

ELDER'S 16 TRADING ROOMS

Dr. Elder's books are best of breed. Dr. Alexander Elder leads you into 16 trading rooms where you meet traders who open up their diaries and show you their trades. Some of them manage money, others trade for themselves; some trade for a living, others are on the semi-professional level. All are totally serious and honest in sharing their trades with those who would like to learn. You will meet American and international traders who trade stocks, futures, and options using a variety of methods. All are normally very private, but now, thanks to their relationships with Dr. Elder, you can see exactly how these traders decide to enter and exit trades. Each chapter illustrates an entry and an exit for two trades, with comments by Dr. Elder. With this book as your guide, you can get closer to mastering the key themes of trading—psychology, tactics, risk control, record keeping, and the decision-making process.

(Click to Download)

____________________________________________

The New Science of Technical Analysis

"Good book if you have mastered the basics, if not then good luck my friend cause there is no methods that can really stand alone in this book. He and his models have shaped the investment strategies at some of the largest and most successful trading operations in the world, including Tudor Group, Odyssey Partners, and Warburg, Pincus. His word is gold among decision-makers at such investment giants as Goldman Sachs, Citibank, Discount Corp., and Criterion Fund. Now, at last, Thomas DeMark has decided to go public and share with traders and investors everywhere the proven forecasting techniques that have made him one of the most potent behind-the-scenes forces in the world.

In this, his long-awaited first book, technical analysis guru Thomas R. DeMark describes the sophisticated market timing models, which he developed over the course of nearly a quarter century, devoted to the study of market trends and forecasting techniques. Rigorously scientific, rather than 'artistic' or intuitive, the empirically based approach used by DeMark eliminates reliance on gut-feelings and guesswork and serves as the rational foundation for dynamic systems that mechanically generate buy and sell signals. Proven to work with every type of market and all forms of data, these systems, along with a number of new and highly effective indicators which he introduces for the first time in this book, will dramatically improve your trading capability and versatility.

The New Science of Technical Analysis is sure to be ranked among the rare handful of books that irrevocably transform the way business is done around the world.

(If you like it, pls buy it ok)

___________________________________

All About Market Timing

Book Summary:

Shell-shocked investors have lost patience with the traditional buy-and-hold approach to investing. The annual Nobel Prize winner in that field never receives as much publicity as his or her compatriots in peace, literature, or physics. But if such slights are based on the notion that economics is dull, or that economists are concerned only with finance itself, Steven D. Levitt will change some minds.

In Freakonomics (written with Stephen J. Dubner), Levitt argues that many apparent mysteries of everyday life don't need to be so mysterious: they could be illuminated and made even more fascinating by asking the right questions and drawing connections. For example, Levitt traces the drop in violent crime rates to a drop in violent criminals and, digging further, to the Roe v. Wade decision that preempted the existence of some people who would be born to poverty and hardship.

Elsewhere, by analyzing data gathered from inner-city Chicago drug-dealing gangs, Levitt outlines a corporate structure much like McDonald's, where the top bosses make great money while scores of underlings make something below minimum wage.

And in a section that may alarm or relieve worried parents, Levitt argues that parenting methods don't really matter much and that a backyard swimming pool is much more dangerous than a gun. These enlightening chapters are separated by effusive passages from Dubner's 2003 profile of Levitt in The New York Times Magazine, which led to the book being written. In a book filled with bold logic, such back-patting veers Freakonomics, however briefly, away from what Levitt actually has to say. Although maybe there's a good economic reason for that too, and we're just not getting it yet.

Click to preview/download

Book Of Investing Rules

Book Description

For the first time, the tactics, strategies and insights relied on by 150 of the world's most respected financial experts are revealed in a concise, digestible form.
